Yes, we support delivery to your appointed freight forwarder within China. You just need to provide us with the forwarder’s warehouse address, contact person and phone number. Local delivery cost will be quoted separately.

Minor color deviation may exist between lab produced samples and mass run goods due to printing process characteristics. We follow international gravure printing color tolerance standard. We will adjust colors as much as possible to match the approved sample. Significant color divergence caused by our side will be handled through negotiation.

Sample cost can be partially deducted from your bulk order payment, this will be confirmed and stated in our proforma invoice. Please note sampling freight is at customer’s cost and non refundable.

No, finished artwork is not required for an initial quotation. We only need basic specifications including pouch size, material structure, thickness, printing colors, accessories and estimated order quantity. Once you confirm the price and proceed to sampling or mass production, complete printready artwork in AI/PDF format will be required.
